For over two decades, I've built the systems that power partner ecosystems and revenue operations. At Oracle, I spent 14 years leading channel incentives and PRM initiatives. At Conga, I drove CLM and CPQ solutions across 500+ enterprise customers. At VMware, I led digital transformation efforts.
Two years ago, I moved from optimizing systems to building the next generation of them. As Founder of PartneRite, I've built AI-native solutions for partner matching, recruitment, and quote orchestration—designing agent workflows, data models, evaluation frameworks, and end-to-end CRM integrations.
What this journey has given me is more than technical depth: a founder's view of where systems break, a product leader's discipline in focus, and a transformation leader's lens on driving change in complex enterprises.
I'm most drawn to problems at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution—where the answer isn't more process or headcount, but a better system. Today, that increasingly means working where AI, partner ecosystems, and enterprise transformation converge.
